Like you, we absolutely love the game of hockey; the memories, friendships and life skills it provides us. We believe everyone experiences the sport in their own unique way and everything we do is with that in mind.
We also know that hockey has the power to bring us together for the greater good. That makes us one big team for positive action and the reason there's no "I" in our name, supporting the age old adage that, "There is no "I" in team"; We're all in this together!
COACHING TEAM
Jory Elliott has coached Hockey Canada, USports, junior and minor hockey level players since becoming a full-time, professional coach in 2015.
During that time he spent three seasons as an Assistant Coach with the University of Waterloo Warriors Women's Hockey Program.
He's now entering his fifth season as that teams Goaltending Coach and also previously held that position with the University of Western Ontario. He is the Director of High Performance Goaltender Development for the Waterloo Ravens Minor Hockey Association, and Goaltending Coach for the KW Rangers, a Provincial Women's Junior Hockey League franchise.

Jory played goal growing up, winning three WOAA championships, and was coached by one of the positions most experienced coaches, Steve McKichan of Future Pro.
A committed continual learner, Jory consumes regular doses of hockey and goaltending specific training content, both virtually and at events througout North America.

He is a three-time event winning race car driver, and 2012 world championships qualifier. He is also a successful business leader, having built SHFT Hockey into a regionally recognized brand with a dedicated following.
